Our keynote speakers and expert presenters have unique and valuable stories to tell. Expect to come away inspired, motivated, and with new perspectives on issues both professional and personal.

When the standard one-size-fits-all Q&A just won't do, visit the user lab for personalized answers to your software questions. Software consultants are available for one-on-one coaching, settings advice, and in-depth troubleshooting.

You're not your best when you're hungry or bored, so we make sure you never feel that way. Enjoy convenient, tasty dining, as well as live music, scenic outdoor activities, and networking with other Summit attendees.

After the sessions are over and the keynotes have been delivered, stick around to enjoy the adventures Park City has to offer. Join us at Utah Olympic Park.

Stay & Play Event

Utah Olympic Park:

Stick around for a few hours (or the whole day) with Entrata at the Utah Olympic Park. This world-famous training facility is also the home to a scenic alpine slide, ropes courses, zip lines, extreme tubing, and more breathtaking fun!

Stay & Play will begin on Friday, September 23rd at 10AM. Transportation and sustenance will be provided. (Utah is famous for its food trucks.)

Payment Policies

Full payment must be received before your spot at the Summit is guaranteed.

Registration Cancellation

Cancellation of registration must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected] and must be dated on or before 5 P.M. MST on August 26, 2022 to receive a refund (less a $50 USD processing fee). Refunds will not be granted after August 26, 2022. No refunds for conference no-shows.

Hotel Cancellation

All hotel cancellations must be processed through the hotel and are subject to the hotel cancellation policy. Reservations must be cancelled 30 days prior to arrival. Cancelling after the 30 day time period will result in a penalty of one night's room and tax. Entrata is not able to offer exceptions to this policy.

Registration Substitutions

Registration substitutions will be allowed at no cost through August 26, 2022. To complete the process the registration replacement must complete the full registration form through a written request. Please email [email protected] for more information.
