Your online registration will be confirmed with an email message at the time you register. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected]. Your conference seat is not reserved until we receive full payment for your registration.
Travel and hotel costs are not included in conference registration and are the responsibility of each conference participant.
Registration substitutions will be allowed at no cost through August 26, 2022. To complete the process the registration replacement must complete the full registration form through a written request. Please email [email protected] for more information.
Cancellation of registration must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected] and must be dated on or before 5 P.M. MST on August 26, 2022 to receive a refund (less a $50 USD processing fee). Refunds will not be granted after August 26, 2022. No refunds for conference no-shows.
Guests must purchase a “Meals & Entertainment Only Pass” in order to attend.

The Entrata Summit will be held September 20-23, 2022 at Stein Eriksen Lodge in Park City, UT
Suggested dress for all conference functions is business casual, but be sure to pack your themed attire for Casino Night. If you're participating in Stay & Play activities, please dress for outdoor activities. Park City gets chilly, so be sure to bring some warm clothes as well. Many years we’ve even had snow so it’s a good idea to bring a winter coat and gloves if you plan to be outside.
The elevation at Stein Eriksen Lodge is 8200 ft. We highly recommend arriving well hydrated and staying hydrated throughout the week. Canned oxygen can also be beneficial for those who experience altitude sickness.
Entrata has made special arrangements with both Stein Eriksen Lodge and The Chateaux Deer Valley.
Hotel check-in begins at 4 P.M. and check-out is at 11 A.M.
All reservations are required to be cancelled with 30 day advance notice. Cancelling within 30 days of arrival will result in a penalty of one night's room and tax. All cancellations must be processed through the hotel. Entrata is unable to assist with this.
Plan to arrive in Park City Monday, September 19th to register, pick up your swag, and find your way around. Summit will kick off bright and early Tuesday with a breakfast reception and you don’t want to miss a thing!
Your departure plans will depend on whether or not you’re planning on Stay & Play. Friday morning departure is the norm for attendees who are NOT participating in Stay & Play. We suggest (taking into account Thursday’s Casino Night) avoiding the really early flights.
If you ARE sticking around for Stay & Play, we suggest scheduling your departure for Friday evening after 5:00 PM.
The Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC) is the closest airport and is located about 40 minutes away from Park City, Utah.
We have worked out a special rate for shuttle services with Snow Country Limo. Reservations for shuttle transportation to and from the airport can be made by calling (435) 714-0159. Please mention that you are coming up for the Entrata Summit. You may also take a taxi service, rideshare, or rent a car.
The month of September in Park City is a beautiful month on the turning point of fall. You can expect temperatures from 60-70° F during the day to 30-40° F in the evening. However, Utah weather is very unpredictable and surprise snow showers are not unheard of. It’s a good idea to bring a winter coat and gloves if you plan to be outside.
